Cancellation / Late Policy
We ask for 6 hours notice (varies by barber) to cancel or reschedule — emergencies aside. Cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, will be charged the full service price.
Most of our services run 45 minutes. If you're running late, please let us know. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late will be honored when possible.
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we can't complete the full service. We'll offer a shorter service (like a back & sides) if time allows. If we can't fit you in, or you'd prefer not to take the shorter service, a 50% fee will apply.
